2. Prices and Payment
All prices on www.fruttidibosco.dk are stated in Danish kroner (DKK) including VAT and taxes, unless otherwise specified.
You can pay with VISA/Dankort and international payment cards.
The amount will only be charged to your account when the item is dispatched, unless otherwise agreed or stated in your order.
3. Delivery
We deliver to Denmark, the EU, and selected international destinations.
Shipping is carried out with DAO, DHL, or equivalent carriers.
You will receive a track & trace number once your order has been dispatched.
Estimated delivery times:
- Denmark: 1–3 business days
- Within the EU: 1–4 business days
- Outside the EU: 2–7 business days
We cannot be held liable for delays or failure to fulfill obligations due to circumstances beyond our control—for example, if a package is lost during transit. This does not affect your statutory rights.
Please note that the risk of loss or damage to products passes to you upon delivery. If the package appears damaged or opened, you should refuse to accept it. If you wish to file a complaint regarding any discrepancy, please notify us.
4. Right of Withdrawal (14 Days)
As a consumer, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal when purchasing from www.fruttidibosco.dk.
The withdrawal period begins on the day you receive the item. For orders consisting of multiple deliveries, the period begins upon receipt of the last item.
Before the expiry of the withdrawal period, you must notify us that you wish to withdraw from your purchase via email: ciao@fruttidibosco.dk.
The right of withdrawal can only be exercised if the item is returned in substantially the same condition and quantity.
You cannot exercise the right of withdrawal simply by refusing delivery without also notifying us.
5. Returns
After notifying us of your withdrawal, you have 14 days to return the item.
Return shipping costs will be deducted from the original amount of your order.
The item must be returned in substantially the same condition and quantity.

We only accept packages sent directly to the address (not cash on delivery or to parcel shops).
8. Right to Complain (24 Months)
You have a 24-month right to make a complaint in accordance with the Danish Sale of Goods Act.
You must submit your complaint within a reasonable time after discovering the defect. Complaints made within 2 months are always considered timely.
If your complaint is justified, you may be entitled to have the item repaired, replaced, refunded, or receive a price reduction.
9. Privacy Policy
We process your personal data in accordance with applicable data protection legislation (GDPR).
We collect the following information: name, address, phone number, and email address.
The information is used solely for order processing and is stored for up to 5 years in accordance with the Danish Bookkeeping Act.
Data is only shared with partners (e.g. shipping companies and payment providers) when necessary to complete your order.
You have the right to access, correct, and delete your data.

11. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
Purchases made on www.fruttidibosco.dk are governed by Danish law.
Any disputes shall be settled by the Danish courts.
